Gasparilla Condominium Association, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation comprised of the condominium owners.
Our Association has a volunteer Board of Directors who serve staggered two-year terms. We have a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and one Member At-Large.
Our Association contracts with a professional management company to assure that we are in compliance with Florida statutes and maintain good business practices. Our property manager is:
