BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

 January 13, 2007

 Vice President, Joe Farrelly called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.  Board Members in attendance were Joe Farrelly, and Sue Boyd.   Management representative Nancy Leighton was also present. 

Notice had been posted according to Florida law.

Joe immediately read an email written by Bud Stewart at 5:39 p.m. 01/12/07 and received by Joe and Sue around 9:00 a.m. on 01/13/07, one hour before the monthly meeting was to begin.  He will be unable to attend the meeting as he must leave town immediately.  Accordingly, there would be no quorum and we could not conduct a business meeting.  As there was no indication from Bud when he would return, we could not set a date to meet and conduct business.  As we could not conduct a legal meeting, there are no minutes.
